Reason R3 is part of the Isadore Roadshow, where it explores cycling communities across Europe. We're sharing the vibe from the stop in Milan, where Isadore visited the Italian brand Alba optics.
Cycling is beautiful because it is infinitely diverse, and everyone enjoys it differently. Our factory rider, Petr, had the opportunity to discover the beauties of the cycling community in Milan, where cycling is pure fun without the pressure to beat Strava KOMs.
When we were getting ready to visit Alba Optics to see Pigi and Luca in Milan, we asked how many people we could expect on the group ride. They replied, “We don’t know. This will be our first cycling ride. We only have parties here.”
We also learned which Italian word everyone should know. It is “figata,” which means something is cool or awesome. Therefore, we can only describe the entire event as “it was figata.”
