A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: Name, Surname, email address, place of residence, and any specifications of the product you are inquiring about.
For what purpose?
We will contact you through these details for further arrangements regarding goods and services.

This is processing on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR – contract negotiation, or implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 15 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase
If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the information you provide, primarily billing details: name, surname, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, and any specifications of the product you are purchasing.
For what purpose?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or your inquiries through the provided contact details.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, and for handling complaints and other obligations).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR – fulfillment of the contract and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of providing our service and then 15 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out during the purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
We are allowed to do so under Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not prohibit us from doing so during the purchase.
How long will we process personal data?

2. Who Has Access to the Data?
Your data will stay with us. However, some companies or individuals work for us, and they have access to the data because they assist us in the operation of our e-shop. These include:
Companies involved in the shipment of goods (Czech Post, Zásilkovna, FedEx, TNT)
Companies involved in payment processing (Stripe, Inc.)
Provider of email services (Google, MailChimp)
We process personal data only within the European Union.

In our company, we do not have a designated Data Protection Officer.
In our company, there is no decision-making based on automatic processing or profiling.
