The frame is made out of molded Columbus Spirit HSS steel. When we first launched this product, it was just freshly introduced to the market. It has silver brazed joints, our own manufactured stainless steel dropouts, internal cable routing, 1 1/8” x 1 ½” tapered head tube which has been adapted to the Campagnolo Chorus EPS electronic set. The design and spray painting were among the greatest challenges in the process of creating this frame. During several months of testing, we sought to reach a mirror-like reflection with “Spray-On Chrome” technology. The perfect chrome look is the result of a chemical process that consists of more than twenty steps. One great advantage of this technology is that unlike conventional galvanic plating, it can be used to spray paint carbon components. The Reborn is built with ENVE Composites, Campagnolo, 3T, and FI'ZI:K components.

Rám je vyroben z tvarovaných ocelových trubek Columbus Spirit HSS, které byly v době představení aktuálně uvedeny na trh. Má ručně dobrušované pájené spoje, nerezové patky naší výroby, integrované vedení brzdového bowdenu, kuželovou hlavu 1 1/8” - 1 ½” a je uzpůsoben elektronické sadě Campagnolo Chorus EPS. Velkou výzvou byl samotný vizuál kola a jeho lakování. Během několikaměsíčního testování jsme se snažili docílit zrcadlového lesku díky technologii „Spray–On Chrome“ – výsledkem chemického procesu vyžadujícího přes 20 kroků je dokonale chromový vzhled. Výhodou také je, že tento postup můžeme na rozdíl od klasického galvanického pokovování aplikovat i pro lakování karbonových komponentů. Postaven je na komponentech ENVE Composites, Campagnolo, 3T a FI'ZI:K.
